In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide on the booking form such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements, etc. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect this information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your holiday arrangements such as hotels, coach and ferry companies, etc. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, we cannot provide your holiday. In making a booking with us, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons. In the event of our insolvency we, or any appointed insolvency practitioner, may disclose your personal information to the CAA, and/or ABTA so that they can assess the status of your booking and advise you on the appropriate course of action under any scheme of financial protection. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as Customs or Immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
